Roberta G Williams

Roberta Williams, Senior Partner of the firm has been practicing law since 1984. Roberta was born and raised in the Syracuse area, graduating from Chittenango High School in 1973, Lemoyne College in 1977(B.A. in History) and Syracuse University College of Law in 1983. She is a lifelong resident of the Central New York Community and glad to be practicing where she grew up. Roberta is licensed in New York State, the Northern District of New York State and the United States Supreme Court. Her practice areas are Domestic relations and Family Laws, mediation is the focus of her practice. 

Steven H Buschman

Mario J Gutierrez

Mario J. Gutierrez, Partner, joined the firm in 2011. Mario was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua where he completed his Bachelor of Law at the Universidad Americana in 2005, earning a 50% scholarship based on academic merits. He graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC in 2010 for his LL.M.
He concentrates his practice in Immigration Law, Estate Planning and Administration & Probate and Administration Proceedings. Mario also practices Family Court representing children in Family Court proceedings and likewise represents indigent defendants in criminal matters. 
Mario is licensed to practice law in New York State, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and Nicaragua.

Alison N Chamberlain

Alison Chamberlain has a passion for helping people through difficult times. Legal disputes can be unpleasant, especially when they concern something as important as your family, but Alison aims to reduce the stress of her clients by managing each case with competence and sensitivity.
Years of experience representing clients in family law matters and serving as an Attorney For Children have given Alison the ability to assess cases with a trained and logical mindset and work with clients to set realistic and attainable goals during the beginning stages of each new case. Alison is also a trained mediator and has great success in mediating or negotiating cases with the goal of amicable resolution. In instances where amicable resolution is not possible, Alison has years of experience in litigating family court matters in various counties. 
Alison grew up in Camillus, NY, graduating from West Genesee Senior High School.  She attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA for her undergraduate degree (B.A. in Political Science, minor in History), and attended law school at Syracuse University College of Law where she concentrated in Trusts and Estates and Tax Law and served as Managing Editor of the Impunity Watch Law Journal, and Associate Editor of the Science and Technology Law Reporter.  Alison is licensed to practice law in New York State. She joined the firm WHMB, PC in 2013 as an associate, and was made partner in January of 2017.  Her practice areas are Matrimonial and Domestic Relations, Family Court, Support Court, Adoption, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, and Traffic Violations. Alison also serves on the Cayuga County Assigned Counsel Panel, providing legal services to indigent members of the community, and has served on the Attorney for Children panel for both Cayuga and Onondaga Counties since 2014. Alison recently became a certified mediator and has completed training in compliance with NY State part 146 for basic mediation.  She joined the board of Fairmount Community Library in 2018, and also serves on various committees for the Cayuga County Bar Association, including the Law Day Committee, the Doug Bates Memorial Charity Committee, and was the founding member of the Cayuga County Bar Association Women's Committee.

Kassidi Streeter, Associate Attorney

Kassidi grew up in Auburn, NY, graduating from Auburn High School. She attended Syracuse University, NY for her undergraduate degree (B.S. in Psychology, minors in Political Science and English Textual Studies), where she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta (Pre-Law Organization) and the University Student Council Board. She attended law school in New England in Boston, MA. Kassidi is licensed to practice law in New York State. She joined the firm WHMB, PC in 2021 as an Intern and became an Associate of the firm in 2023. Her practice areas include Matrimonial and Domestic Relations, Family Court, Support Court and Criminal Misdemeanors. Kassidi also serves on the Cayuga County Assigned Counsel Panel, providing legal services to indigent members of the community. She is an active member of the Cayuga County Bar Association and the Genesee Elementary Scholarship Committee, often partaking in various events within the community.
